Where can I report a problem in Florida?

Keep a record of the medicine, paperwork, charges, and the issue you want reviewed.

Is the concern about a health professional or pharmacy?

To report a Florida health professional or pharmacy, use the Department of Health’s online complaint page.

Under its guidance from September 2026, a complaint usually must be written and signed.

Filing it is free; you may pay for copies of medical records.

The department can act against a licence, but it cannot get fees back or settle a billing or refund dispute.

A licence gives a person permission to practise. Check what the department can review before using this route.

Is the concern about a health care facility?

The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) takes complaints about facilities it licenses and those operating without a required licence.

A facility is the place that provides care, rather than an individual person. Check which agency deals with the place involved.

Is it a misleading advert or a medicine problem?

For a scam or misleading advert, Florida’s Attorney General takes consumer complaints.

Its form guidance, recorded in September 2026, says what you send is usually public unless a law exempts it.

MedWatch lets patients report problems with medicines to the federal agency that oversees them: the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Use your own words to explain what happened. Keep copies of what you send.
